Children and infants are welcome; however, please note the historic nature of the home means there are a few interior steps and the property is not childproofed. Parents should supervise children accordingly.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE
To keep the property in top condition for all guests:
• Pool service typically occurs midweek
• Lawn service usually occurs on Mondays
Service providers may access the backyard through the side gate and will knock first. We will do our best to notify guests in advance whenever possible.

• After each stay we replace all towels and linens
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
